Live product and company overview

FanLobby is the shared digital stadium for live sports.

FanLobby is an all-in-one second-screen app for football fans. It combines live match statistics, a Twitch-inspired arena chat with emotes and reactions, Reddit-style lounges, prediction games and fan identity in one production product powered by Firebase and Google Cloud.

One product for the whole matchday

Football fans currently move between score apps, group chats, forums and prediction tools during the same match. FanLobby brings that fragmented experience together. The same match screen connects live scores, statistics and lineups with fast community reactions, longer discussions, predictions and persistent fan profiles.

The working MVP is publicly available as a production web app, on Google Play and in the Apple App Store.

Live and operational Public web product, two independently verifiable store listings, active support and legal channels, and a dedicated production Firebase environment.

Live match and arena

Scores, incidents, statistics and lineups sit beside a real-time chat for short messages, emotes, cheers, moderation and live fan reactions.

In-depth lounges

Match and team spaces support longer Reddit-style threads, comments, voting and community memory before and after the final whistle.

Predictions and groups

Fans make picks, compare standings and compete with friends. Scoring remains skill-based and is never pay-to-win.

Fan identity and safety

Profiles, badges, name styles and cosmetics create identity, while authentication, reports, bans, rate limits and moderation protect the community.

12-month roadmap

FanLobby is football-first, not football-only. Its normalized sports-data backend and reusable community layer are designed to turn major live events into lasting communities and later support additional sports without rebuilding the core product.

  1. Next 3 months Harden production operations, improve onboarding and measure retention, match returns and community participation across the live football product.
  2. 3 to 6 months Deepen arena, lounge and prediction loops, expand competitions and prepare freemium fan-identity and live-expression features for activation.
  3. 6 to 12 months Add more major football events, validate the first additional sport and begin pre-seed outreach once early engagement milestones demonstrate demand.

Google Cloud, Firebase and scale

Production architecture

FanLobby uses Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions v2, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Storage, App Check, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager, Cloud Logging and Crashlytics.

Cloud growth path

Cloud capacity supports real-time community traffic, live-match spikes, sports-data normalization, backend APIs, monitoring, load testing and mobile/web delivery as the product grows across competitions and sports.
